Why was I charged for next week's menu before my free trial arrived? I called to cancel but call hours ended. When I called again, "it was too late."

Join the club. They are scam artists, who are not very artistic at that. Just scammers...

The same thing happened to me. I was told they are "not allowed" to give refunds.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I have been emailing with them back and fourth to try to get a refund. So far, no luck.
