I contacted you via your website to cancel my subscription about 10 days ago. today i received notice that i am to be charged for another upcoming delivery. since no one has responded to my email and there is no phone number to be found, my next step is to contact my credit card company to cancel the charge. my daughter bought us a gift subscription and i included that receipt in my email to you by way of explanation for what i was trying to accomplish. we want to try the gift before we decide if we want to subscribe on our own. you have a good product but my experience with your customer service department has been very disappointing - no service at all!
