My address was missing the apartment number. i am not sure how that happened, anyways the front desk in my building told me that packages with no apt number are returned. i emailed graze through the website twice, today being my second time, and i still have not got a response. i never got the sample box, and graze never cared to know whether i received the box or not because i got no confirmation or notification. next, graze already charged me for my first box before even shipping or knowing if i got the first box - not confirming my address. i modified the address in my profile, but there is no tool to modify the address of the box, already charged, being prepared and about to ship to me. this means, graze will again send the box(that i paid) to my building without apt number risking it to be returned back to graze and me losing my money. the point here is where is the customer service here? i am trying to fix this so i can get the merchandise i paid for and nobody at graze has got back to me. and the website is not helpful either since it does not let you edit the box when it is being prepared, it should let edit at least the address - that to me make sense. why haven't i got back from graze customer service yet? this is very frustrating, i don't think i will ever order another box from here.
