Why am i charged a dollar by graze when it said free 4-snack smapler?!

Answer:

Hi, Erica! Im really sorry for the confusion. When you sign up for graze, a one dollar payment is requested from your debit or credit card to authorize it. This is immediately voided so that no payment is actually taken. If you see a charge on your account, it is a shadow of the voided transaction which will disappear from your bank statement within 5-10 business days. I do not want to commit to a weekly box, nor get billed for one till i have tried the sampler box for 1.00 dollar. how will that work? will i be billed, as you site states you bill in advance. can i order my free trial box and cancel before the next box is ordered and shipped?

However, as long as you sign up with a promotion code, your first box will be on us. You can cancel the recurring order at any time- even after the first box! My friend gave me a code for the first box to be free. when i went to the website, i created an account with my information, but i couldn't find a place to enter my promotion code. when i went back to the site, i found that if you logged out, it has the option of entering the code, but once i re-entered my information, it says i already have an account. how do i get my free box?
