Hi Carmen, we aren't currently able to provide snack advice for any kind of medical condition, as everyone's needs are different. If you're unsure about any of our snacks, or are uncertain as to whether grazing is a suitable choice, we'd recommend consulting your doctor so that they can provide you with a professional medical opinion. If you do decide to graze with us, then you would be able to adapt your snack selections to your needs by opting out of receiving any snacks that arent suitable for you. To check the nutritional information for any of our snacks, all you need to do is click on the picture of the snack you're interested in on our site, and this will take you to a new page all about that snack. You'll see a 'nutrition' tab underneath the photos, with nutritional values for that snack, including sugar per portion and per 100g. You can also check the full ingredients list for any of our snacks by clicking the 'ingredients' tab, and this information is included in a leaflet with every box we send. Hi Mary, I'm afraid that we don't currently have any plans to add Weight Watcher points to our snacks, so we wouldn't be able to provide specific advice on points per snack.
