Answer:

The serving size for nuts and mixes is. 95 oz - 1.4 oz. The serving size for the protein flapjack is 1.9 oz. The average weight of an 8 piece subscription pack is 10oz total.

How come when i go and place my order and i type in my debit card info it says ble to authorize your card with the details you provided i don't understand and it's getting frustrating i just wana order it already

I ordered and received my free 1/2 box of snacks and decided they really weren't worth the price. I cancel long before my cut off date and was offered my next order at half price $5.99. I declined HOWEVER my bank account has been charged even with me canceling the (not only order) but account. Now I can't get logged in (something about too many gigapretzels) and I can't find a customer service number anywhere. I will be calling my bank tomorrow and see what can be done. This is a SCAM!

Why are the questions not answered? why do you keep sending products when people say stop? why is it so hard to get a refund? why you don't have a phone number? why you don't tell people ahead of time that once you get their credit card number you will keep charging them?

Hi Teresa, Thank you for all of your questions. I apologize for any confusion but I can assure you that we make certain to cancel an order and not process any more boxes for anyone who requests cancellation. We list in our Terms and Conditions during sign up that we are unable to accept returned boxes or refund the payment collected for those boxes. We also talk a little bit more about this in our FAQs. Since each box is prepared especially for you, we’re not able to refund for boxes that are refused or marked as returned to sender. They will be considered dead mail and disposed of by USPS, and will not be sent back to the graze kitchen. If you no longer wish to receive graze boxes, you can cancel future deliveries or request that we cancel them for you. As a subscription service we keep credit card numbers on file for continuous deliveries. However, the payment card on file is only charged when a box is prepared in line with an order placed. When there are no orders scheduled, no charges are made at all. As we are an online business, we offer email rather than telephone support since we are able to give the fastest, most efficient service this way and we always get back to customers as quickly as possible. We're still a really small team, so unfortunately we just couldn't offer the same level of service to our customers by telephone, and we wouldn't want to keep anybody waiting on hold for us! -The graze team

Hi Doll, we're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble cancelling your subscription. We don't require card details to be entered when going through the cancellation process.
