I will like to speak to a representative over the phone regarding my account and i have not found a phone number. please contact me as soon as possible since i have this charges to my card and the samples were suppose to be free with my coupon

Answer:

No honest company refuses to have a customer service phone number. Email may be "more efficient," but the only reason to refuse to have such a number is to be able to deny accountability to customers wronged. The ONLY solution to dealing with graze.com is DON'T.

Question:

What is the telephone number for graze snacks?

Answer:

I cancelled my Graze subscription too soon! It was a reflex because there is so much stuff sent to me as a "trial"offer the end result of which is that that they keep on billing me repeatedly (despite the fact that I thought I'd cancelled after the "trial")! So, how do I restart my subscription - and are there any specials/discounts available to me at this time? Thanks! Peggy Johnson (pjpj1838@gmail.com) P.S. The snacks were delicious! And I especially loved the nuts - they were so fresh! (and that is very rare These days!)

Does the graze first 4 snack sampler free box charge us ? also is it compulsory to order snacks from graze of 8 snack variety box every week after the first 4 snack sampler free box ?

Hi Elvi! As long as a code for a free 4-snack sample box, including shipping, is successfully applied, your first box will be on us. Since we are a subscription service, we do ask that you set up a recurring order when you sign up to graze. We try to be as upfront about this as possible, but please keep in mind that you can cancel your recurring order at anytime, even after receiving your first free box!

When i put a code into graze does it automatically send me a box or do i have to order it after

Hi Sian, Once you've entered a code on our home page, you'll need to finish up the steps to complete your account and place your order. They charge you and ship the next box before they send you the supposed free box. isnt the customer suppose to be able so try the free box to see if they want to keep receiving them before the customer is charged for another box

Why do you need credit card information when i have a code for a free box?

Answer:

They are also very aggressive with their billing. I left in the first place because of their rudeness and aggressive billing, then a few weeks after I canceled, i clicked a link in an email they sent me (NOT on the site) and was charged immediately! I am experienced in surfing the web and I can tell you this, I've NEVER inadvertently ordered something from a company by clicking on a link from an email WITHOUT confirming anything. Until now... I eventually had to request a new debit card anc had my bank reverse the fraudulent charges. My advice? NEVER give them your credit card info.
