No honest company refuses to have a customer service phone number. Email may be "more efficient," but the only reason to refuse to have such a number is to be able to deny accountability to customers wronged. The ONLY solution to dealing with graze.com is DON'T.
I cancelled my Graze subscription too soon! It was a reflex because there is so much stuff sent to me as a "trial"offer the end result of which is that that they keep on billing me repeatedly (despite the fact that I thought I'd cancelled after the "trial")! Hi Elvi! As long as a code for a free 4-snack sample box, including shipping, is successfully applied, your first box will be on us. Since we are a subscription service, we do ask that you set up a recurring order when you sign up to graze. We try to be as upfront about this as possible, but please keep in mind that you can cancel your recurring order at anytime, even after receiving your first free box!

They are also very aggressive with their billing. I left in the first place because of their rudeness and aggressive billing, then a few weeks after I canceled, i clicked a link in an email they sent me (NOT on the site) and was charged immediately! I am experienced in surfing the web and I can tell you this, I've NEVER inadvertently ordered something from a company by clicking on a link from an email WITHOUT confirming anything. Until now... I eventually had to request a new debit card anc had my bank reverse the fraudulent charges. My advice? NEVER give them your credit card info.
