What documents do i need to send in? is passport enough?

Answer:

We would love to explain the benefits of our preparation package with you directly. We assist you in completing the application necessary to receive your replacement card by mail from the SSA. Question:

I need to order a replacement card for my daughter and saw the option to print via email. is this going to be the same type of card as if i ordered it from ssa?

Answer:

After receiving your E-package via email, you will be able to print a copy of the E-package, which includes your pre-filled Form SS-5, customized instructions and a prepaid label. You should receive your card by mail from the SSA after they have received and processed your submission.
