Why is it in your return policy, if I return an item that I ordered, it must not been opened, used? How will I know if the item has defect if I'm not gonna try it for testing? Like the one I bought about a week ago, I bought a Bluetooth earphone, but it didn't work on my iPhone when I paired it?
