We agree Kaytee, why all the bad comments? On a good note, CVS does accept GoodRx coupons!
Hi Charles - If you had that experience, the pharmacist is explicitly violating the contracted relationship Walmart has agreed to. We can generally resolve these issues - please email help@goodrx.com
Angelina - checking in on you. To be clear, thousands and thousands of people use GoodRx at Walmart every day without issue. The few that do, virtually always because of a misinformed pharmacist, like to complain here. We apologize for that inconvenience and we try very hard to keep pharmacies and pharmacists aware of us. We also provide awesome customer care at help@goodrx.com.
Yes, you need to present your coupon to the pharmacist so they can run it through their system. If a pharmacy is claiming they will not accept coupons, please email help@goodrx.com so we can help.
