Woke up too sick to play today. Called GolfNow, and attempted to change time to another day on the same course. Basically told sorry too bad. Are you willing to help us out or have you lost a customer?

Course manager must call them to give you refund. However, course must be closed! Good luck driving to course and find out it's closed... happened and tuff luck. Also, no raincheck if started playing already. They are the worst website out there while others are accommodating.

I've never tryd to get a refund before directly from golfnow, but I have called and spoken directly to the golf course clubhouse where my tee time was made using golfnow and the course has made arrangments too move my tee time several hours to accommodate unforseen circumstances... I never book anything via golfnow more than 1-2 max before I'm playing because they are very clear about their refund policy... That doesn't mean it's right but I guess that's how you get rounds 50-60-75% off of what you'd pay at the clubhouse... As long as it wasn't a continuing problem you would think GolfNow would just issue a refund simply for PR etc. Sorry they didn't take care of you
