I purchased a Car battery jump starter from Globalegrow in early Sept for a birthday present. It was opened on the 1st of Oct. The product was faulty. Paypal enquired and I was issued a full refund. After some issues re postage, numerous e-mails later I still have not had an answer. All I want is to return the item for replacement to the Australian address, I am happy to pay the postage.
