I never received my order, I have requested a refund from PayPal and they said I waited too long. DressLilly has not responded to any of my requests for a refund. Do I have any recourse for getting a refund?

How long has it been? If you can find the phone # and call PayPal, I've seen people have better results that way.

This place is a scam. You will never get your order and they charge you more than they said they would. Try harassing Paypal. Good luck.
