We're sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem with your glasses. If your glasses are within the 14 Day return period, you can return them for a refund, exchange or store credit. All frames have a 365-day manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that your frame or lenses break after the initial 14 days following delivery and within one year of your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a 50% store credit towards another pair of eyeglasses. Please send a picture of the glasses to returns@glassesusa.com and we will contact you.
