Shoot us an email at help[at]givingassistant.org with a copy of your order confirmation. It will need to include the date of purchase, the order number, a list of items purchased, and the subtotal prior to shipping and taxes. We will reach out to the brand on your behalf to find out what went wrong and credit your account, if necessary.
