How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at GiftsHappenHere?

No one answered the phone. I had to email. I did get a response but I would have preferred speaking with someone.

It's not easy at all. They don't answer calls or pm's. Then if you question where your order is on FB, they block your commenting.
