I order something once and paid for it twice. It also got deliverd twice, I didn't recieve my full order but it was deliverd all the same.

Please advise how we can track an order, - we are not receiving any replies to emails to help@getonfleek.com. We understand international shipping takes longer, it has been 3 weeks so far. My main issue, is we have not received any communication or replies, to let us know if / when the items we ordered and paid for have been shipped. How can we get specific contact with someone to look at our order. No account online, we are in Perth Australia.
I would like what's on with my order #000023108! Order of a pair of joggers + a shirt + a crewneck made on the 11 January. Exactly 1 mnth later arrived a small package that was *not* containing the three goods I bought. The declared value of the package was (as written on it) 164.08 euro. I actually paid 139.46 dollars that were on the 11th january 133.42 euro. Why did it come to 164.08 euro? On this wrong amount the taxes were calculated, so they were unjustificately high. But the problem is that in the single package, there were NOT the items I bought, though the full amount (and more) of my expense was indicated on it and taxed. That's why I refused it. I please ask you to make a check on the shipping and to send me as soon as possible the three clothes I ordered and already payed for.
Ordered a hoodie on the 5th of December and it's now January 22nd and I still haven't received it. Tried to email and call and no response. Will my item still be delivered or what should I do next?
