Question:

We paid $179 per night at the Coronado Inn in CA and booked through Getaroom. We have called the hotel and contacted Getaroom through their website and filled out the form. We checked out one day early and were told our credit card would be credited $179. This is a month ago and still no money! What do we do?!

Answer:
This company took $525.88 from my son... Trust me you will NEVER see this money. I have begged them for a refund because they booked the wrong hotel and they are not willing to do anything about it. Hard lesson learned

How do I contact the corp. office?

I reserved a room through getaroom and did not get the receipt for the room emailed to me. My confirmation number is R626715182 my email address is janiepw@wholenesshealing.com. Please note that my name has an "n" in it and not a 'M". Will you be able to send me this confirmation with my night stay? I need to send it to the airlines.

Yup you dont seem to have good reviews that in its self is scarry.

Not a good company and needs to be sued for fraud and capitalizing on this pandemic! False advertising & information!

They won't help you, they financially abuse customers and steal and scam. They lied to me and they seem to do it to everyone!

Question:

Hi, my boyfriend booked a hotel in Madrid online with you last night for 3 nights from the 5th November staying at the Madrid Torrelaguna Travelodge. This was for $183 (approximately £121) and the money has been taken from his account but we have not been given a reservation number or received a confirmation email. His name is Kyle Coombs and his email address is kyle.coombs@hotmail.co.uk. Please can you check that this reservation has gone through and send us the confirmation email? It must have gone through as the money has been taken from his account. Thanks, Suzanne Bithell

Same happened to me. Get a room took my money but the hotel NEVER got a reservation for me!
