Yes I need a credit for 1/3/19 when I was charged for 2 rooms and only wanted 1 room. Multiple phone calls, emails and no resolution.

Go to your credit card company and dispute the charge. The credit card company will negotiate with getaroom. In my case, I had no liability for charges, full refund from my credit card company (Citibank's CitiCard)
