I need to cancel a reservation.

I called on 3/17 to cancel my reservation due to Coronavirus outbreak and the wedding I was going to being cancelled. I called friday 03/21 and I called the actual hotel they told me to already have the money back to you guys but I have yet to recieve my money back?

Yeah... and even if the hotel is willing to cancel the reservation for free... GetARoom isn't willing to cancel. Such a trash company.
