Because they make promises they cannot keep. They state items will be shipped in 12 business days and don't deliver. When you try to inquire, you're told to go back and track your order. If you try to call, you will most likely get an answering machine stating they are not taking any messages. It's a constant circle of ZERO communication on their end.
