The order number goes on the 3rd line down on the ticket, and it shows up after you pick the type of question. Good luck with the ticket, do not expect anything good to come from it. The first thing they will ask is a lot of questions about describing situations, type of problem, what caused the problem, provide pictures and videos of the problem. And then after you do all that they will close the ticket and then you will have to start over again. For me, on a single warranty item I had to fill out 9 separate tickets, and then it took 3 weeks and then they close the ticket and 9 payment. This caused everything to start all over again. After 2 more weeks and 3 more tickets I finally got the item replaced plus a $10 shipping fee to have them re-send a new item, to replace their defective one. I am sorry for the problems you are having and I wish you luck with trying to get warranty taking care of.
I think the questions have been answered with the people above.
You can send message without an order number here:
http://support.gearbest.com
If you want to send a message regarding a specific order, do this:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to 'My Orders' page.
3. Click on your desired order number.
4. Click where it says 'Send/View message'.
5. It will open a new page where it will ask you all the info in regards to your inquiry. The second box from top to bottom is where you will input your work order number.
TJ, Jung is correct.
When you choose question type, automatically appears a blank for the order number. It's the easiest way. Start by clicking "My Tickets" and choose a question type in the form that will appear.
There is a page do do all the above.
