Hi; I would not order anything from them. Once they you give the standard "it has been sent - just keep waiting" answer a couple times they ignore you completely. I've filed two tickets on their website, a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they responded to none. I would suggest you buy from a reputable online store and avoid GearBest at all costs unless you want to go through the headaches I have? Why take the chance? It's almost been 7 weeks since they say my order shipped and I still haven't received it and they don't respond to any questions about it. How am I going to get my money back, I'm probably not? Save yourself the trouble...
Create a ticket on their website for them to investigate. Theres a good chance that the item is either on back order or they have none in stock. Always query your order and don't assume that things are running smoothly. Gearbest is a good company but they are based in China and it takes four times as long for items to get processed, shipped and delivered.
Just remember they are a foreign company and shipping and delivery will take quite a bit longer than you may be use to.
Sometimes they ship quicker, if it's back ordered they charge you and ship when it comes in might be a week might be a month, then once they ship it takes anywhere from a couple weeks to 5 or 6 to get your item unless you have upgraded the shipping.! Also I have never been able to get their tracking number to work, you might be able to cancel your order and get your money back. Good luck
