on 8/28/15More order took a few weeks to get half the order. Then I had to submit a ticket to get a refund for the items not sent, though I still paid the extra shipping for those items.
32 days and my order was processing its because they don't have it in there ware house and was shipping it there. They said a week to cancel order but it only took 2 days. There a cheaper place to shop but a lot of the time its worth the extra 10bucks to go to amazon
They are thieves and rob ppl I was one of the victims plz stay away from them in the future they sold me a dead istick50w and contacting them was impossible they reply here really quickly to trick ppl... be warned
Hi Pal, Its not easy to cancel also. I have sent 3 request for cancellation and after 2nd request I got reply that It will be cancelled. After 2 days when I saw the status is still processing. When I inquired about the status I got a reply that It will take 3 more days to dispatch. Smartly they will ignore your cancellation request. When I insisted on cancellation. Got reply - That its difficult to cancel.
I would NOT do any business with them! Try and call them, it's a call center voicemail, with no response. Stay away...
Cancel your order and try to get your money back
Sometime they are a bit slow at prosesing orders if there a big demand for your phone. But Thea all ways send your order. Give it a few more days. And sent them a ticket asking them to sort it out.? Thea away reply to my ticket. Don't worry it will get there. Better late then never.
Hey Ryan, what happens when it does that its most likely its back ordered they will send it, I love GB but I no it takes a long time to get here in the U. S, what I do is go into yr gearbest account and open a ticket and tell them with yr order number and they will respone to you quickly and I also have a telephone #to gb but u have to call around 10 at nite and they do answer but email them to. Hello Brian, I had the same problem due to the strong demand of the P8000 Elephone, but then I got it all. I wrote to GearBest support that in these cases should inform the client, it is more correct. However, my experience with GearBest is positive and usually they are very fast in processing purchases. Try to send mail to gearbest about your item and when they will send it.
I would be patient. It will get to you. Check your account and the shipping status. If it's been shipped, there should be tracking info.
HI Ryan sometimes gearbest has items on preorder... which means you will have to wait a little extra for them to have them in Stock and ship them... be patient and wait till they process and ship your product... might take from 2 to 3 weeks till they get stocked

I would recommended waiting. Orders from gearbest can take a few weeks, but I've always received my goods from them. My own experience with them has been good. The way I look at it is that it's worth a few weeks wait sometimes to get a product for much less than it would cost me other places. Honestly, apart from the sometimes long wait, I always got my goods as expected. My experience with gearbest support has also been positive.
