I am very disappointed with the services provided. There was no message on the card so recipient didn't know that we send them gifts until we ask them if they received it. I ordered green plant however classic peace lily was sent. This is completely unacceptable. And on the top of all, I received a false email from wecare@fromyouflowers.com informing that recipient received the flowers on December 21,2015 however it was delivered on December 22,2015 - A day after the occasion. I was charged for same day delivery however it was delivered a day later. I expect a refund as not even one thing was done in a right way. I tried to call customer service and talk to them. I was on hold for an hour almost but no replies. Just a disaster experience all together. I need the explanation and my money back since a wrong item was delivered on wrong date without my note or even name.

You might call your credit card company and explain to them what happened. They are usually pretty good working with their customers and can assist in a refund for you.
