Hi Sharon! We currently deliver to areas in 28 states (Pacific NW, West Coast, Southwest, South, and a bit into the Midwest); if you enter your specific zip code on our main web page (freshly.com) youll see a coming soon message if we dont deliver to you just yet.

Hi Diane! Thanks for your question! You can certainly sign up and then skip weeks, or cancel the subscription after the second week. There will be a deadline posted in the top right hand corner of the Meal Planner, as well as in your Welcome Email that will outline your specific deadline!

Hi Pat, Thanks for your question! We just lowered the overall sodium content (with a goal of 600mg per meal, on average), and plan to start introducing some specifically low-sodium meals in the future. You can also view a full nutritional breakdown by clicking on the meal pictures on our menu: freshly.com/on-the-menu If you're looking to order meals with lower sodium, I'd suggest checking out the Southwest Chicken Bowl, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Scampi, and Slow Cooked Beef Chili (all which have less than 700mg!)

Hi John! Thanks for your question! We deliver to a couple zip codes in Florida, but we don't deliver to most areas quite yet. You can check your zip code on our homepage (Freshly.com). Definitely stay tuned though, as we plan to open up our new kitchen by the end of this year/early next year, which will expand our delivery zone to almost all 50 states!

There will be a deadline posted in the top right hand corner of each week of your Meal Planner, which will be your specific deadline for editing meals, or choosing to skip the week. The deadline will be 5-6 days in advance of your delivery. I hope this helps!

Hi Cece! Thanks for your interest in Freshly! Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fats, low carb, and low sugar. We are working to add more variety that would cater to different dietary needs and preferences (like low-carb/low-fat) as we continue to grow. In the meantime, you can view a full nutritional breakdown for each meal by clicking on the meal pictures on our menu (freshly.com/on-the-menu)!

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your question! All of our meals are currently prepared in our kitchen in Phoenix, Arizona. In your zip code, we use the carrier FedEx for delivery! I hope this helps!
