I was offered $10 for signing up and was charged $1.97 for 7 day trial. i cancelled and never received my $10 bonus for trying the service ?

Answer:

Call them. Make sure you have your order number, date and time of purchase, and total paid. If you had an ad blocker active at the time of purchase you probably wont get credit because ad blockers do block the messages needed for places like free shipping to detect your pur hase.
