Oops, i did not mean to post the same answer twice. someone asked if anyone had gotten their money back from this "scam," and i wrote to respond that i had gotten my check and it did not turn out to be a scam at all. now i appear to be posting a question when i intend to post an answer, but i guess it is better than nothing.
