Melody,
Congratulations on at least attempting to learn about this Company and its service before signing up - great advice for all consumer decisions. I would advise you to carefully read the comments on this site to get a flavor on the cost and benefits of FreeShipping.com to see if it is right for you. I think for most people, it is such a hassle, it is not worth it, and such a hassle to cancel, and if you don't, the billing of your credit card will continue forever until you do. That's what happened to me, so for me it wasn't worth it. Good luck on your decision.

I was told my order from a personalization website would have free shipping. It wasn't until I had completed my order and entered my payment information that the shipping charge was added on. I had already made the purchase at that point, then was directed to free shipping to fill out information to get a rebate and get the shipping cost back. I filled it out since I'd already been swindled and thought I could recoup my money. We waited about 2 months before we got the check and we'd already been charged twice for the service. I think this service is horrible and a scam, and the website that directed me to them is just as guilty as they are.

Personally Melody, I don't trust FreeShipping they make you pay a fee and seems like a way for them to take your money. Try Ebates.com instead! It's free - Trustworthy and absolutely works! If you tell them that ibjudy@me.com referred you it will earn me $5.00 :) i've referred dozens of people and not one of them has ever figured out where to put the information to get my five dollars! LOL but everyone i know who has tried Ebates.com - loves it!
