Question:

I am looking for the project on freelancer. once i got one project regarding logo design, at that time client send me the confirmation and i just accept the confirmation and money are deducted from my account. so my question is that if client refuse or reject the confirmation then i can get my money which i just accept at the time of confirmation? please reply?

Answer:

No, your money is gone. You can read up on people who have experienced similar nightmares here and you'll come to know that this is their OFFICIAL Policy. I also experienced this once (only because I rarely bid on projects and mostly work on contests), but I dunno if it was because of my high rating or the low fee value (~$50), they refunded my fees saying that it was only a "One time Courtesy". I have stopped using this site though after much more headache and heartburn caused by the frauds on this site and their imbecilic support staff and criminal policies, and I suggest you do the same.

I also had the same issue this week. I worked hard earned $170 but the $#*!in website reversed the money with an excuse that the Client violated their conditions. I am $#*!in tired using their website.

Question:

How come these guys are still working with paypal when they have such terrible reviews... hasn't anyone reached their legal team?

Answer:

They aren't technically breaching any terms and conditions as there are a lot of clauses in their contracts which mean they can continue to rip people of and blame the "employers..."

Question:

Are the payments genuinely done or not?

Answer:

Never ever use two things in freelancer, 1. Your Credit car, 2. Skrill. Paypal is secured you can use that. But first of all. Don't work with freelancer they are scamming everyone taking their money and closing account.

Question:

I run a company that produces real estate folders and elementary school homework folders. on each of the folder projects we feature about 10 to 12 business size full color advertisiments for local sponsors. the ads are full color and we use illistratpr to design them. many of the sponsors ask us to go to their website and build their advertisment for them. i currently have 1000s of customers and from time to time it would be nice to gave 250 or so done by an outside service such as yourself. a) what would the price look like b) what is the turnaround time if i provide the website and sizing

Answer:

I don't quite understand what you need when you say "sponsors ask us to go to their website and build their advertisement for them". Do you mean they want you to design an ad based on what information you glean from visiting their website? As far as Illustrator goes, I don't use it, but I do have the full suite of graphic design programs from Serif Software in the UK. I can do pretty much whatever design work needs to be done and then output the files in JPG, PDF, PNG, SVG and EPS formats, suitable for viewing and printing. The results are the same: viewable, printable documents. Since I am on Soc. Sec., I can work for less than some. My hourly rate is nominally $30, but I really charge about half that amount for the job. I take my time to get it done right. Please email me here: grafixwiz3@gmail.com. I'll also direct you to my website for a look at some of my work.
