How to cancel my service

Answer:

I know of three telephone #s for "Freedompop": 800-228-9207 888-743-8107 855-703-5785 If you can't reach a representative at any of these #s (I very recently had success with 888-743-8107 and they helped me with my billing issue), GO TO FREEDOMPOP.COM AND LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT (hope you remember your password!). THEN, CLICK ON (or, just hover over) "MY ACCOUNT" ATOP PAGE From its drop-down list, THEN CHOOSE "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" At the bottom of that page, you should see "DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT." (Click on it and follow subsequent instructions)

Are they trust worthy

Answer:

No Way! I hope you haven't given them your credit card yet. If so, you will have to change it. They will go into your account even if you cancel it. Don't do it!

Why are freedompop allowed to get away with ripping so many people off?

Answer:

Because they rip you of with small amounts (on a monthly basis), so many don't realize, once you do it's too late, and for the last charge you dispute it, but you don't care wasting time to report this... And those who are really on top and make sure not to be overbilled, they make sure to tell you that they are selling all their to a new carrier, so they get rid of you!

Can you purchase a freedom pop and then use it with another carrier if you arent satisfied with freedom pop?

No you cant, they are garbage, not worth wasting your time on

I have been trying to order a smartphone online but it will not take my credit card number. can you tell me what i need to do.

Answer:

I would double check all the info that you are inputting. They may be asking for it in a very specific order that is different from usual. I had no problems getting/ordering the phone. It was the inconsistent service that I had a problem with.
