Please see our Return Policy here: https://www.fragrancex.com/customerservice/ordering2.html#1. We also sell Testers, but note that these are completely new, full and never used items. These are items that were meant to be displayed in a store, however since we do not have a physical store, we sell them at a reduced price. Note that sometimes Testers do not come with the cap or box (perfume designer box), nevertheless they are just like the full-priced version. Browse our items and click "Add to Cart" on the desired fragrance(s) 3. When you are done, click "Proceed to Checkout" 4. Add shipping details, select shipping preferences and under "Step 4 - Secure Payments" please select "Pay by Credit Card" (you will be requested to add the Card Number and Expiration date) 5. Click "Place Order" Note that we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods and all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars. You will earn one point for every dollar you spend. Earn 100 points, and receive 2% off future orders, earn 500 points and get 5% off future orders, and 1000+ points rewards you with 10% off future orders! These points do not get deducted when used, but stored in your account. What's even better, they are automatically applied to each order that you place while logged into your FragranceX.com account!
