So i have been reading over all the questions on this page, 1. lindsey j. your answers are so damn dry it leads me to believe you are lying. 2. a company that was legal and on the up and up wouldn't have anything bad to say about the bbb since they are not a pay for ratings website (as you claim). 3. i saw that you answered two almost different questions with the same answer which leads me to believe you are a bot and not an actual human. 4. if you guys are so hurt for agents because of you r call volume how about you hire more people. it looks real freaking shady that you can't call back potential customers and even makes you seem like a super fake company. 5. also a pon trying to search for your location via ip it has it listed as proxies so that lets me know that not only are you not calling people back, you are also not an united states based company. my guess you are a scam company ripping people off and getting away with it. it is a damn shame too cause i am really hurting for a hand with a new place. it is really sh*tty that you would even advertise as a help agency just to rip us off.

Hi there! We are not part of the bbb. We were approached by them to pay a yearly fee in exchange for a listing with an a positive rating. We didn't find this ethical and did not move forward with them. If this eases your mind, the only way we accept payment is via credit card. As you probably know you can dispute a charge with your credit card company if you do not receive services paid for... I don't believe lawyers would be necessary with protection from your credit card company. We do stand behind our service and willingly refund in any case should you not be approved into the community selected and agreed upon. PS- bbb doesn't make a business legit or not, the people working for the business do and their integrity. It's very hard to decipher this doing business on the internet we recommend doing your research and checking out not only 1 review site, but multiple ones...
