We recommend NOT paying our application fee or filling our our application until you determine you and the property qualifies. Once you have identified you are a good candidate, then fill out the pre-qual form only (free of charge), if you are accepted for our program, an agent will reach out to you via email and encourage you to fill out the application and pay the app fee for processing your app... you can start with $500 towards the full invoice and pay the bal after you see the full approval from the property and before the lease is signed... even if you have been turned down applying directly to a property, you can still get approved and move in with our program, as it a non-conventional approval process which is detailed on the short video on our website how we obtain approval...
