I bought a dresses and I want to return but I am having difficulty getting to your website to get the return label. Please I need help asap. Thanks i'm needing to exchange my dress for a bigger size,,how do i do this I received my order of 4 dresses today. All are the same size I've ordered before. 3 of them won't even come close to closing over and 1 is way too big. I am trying to get the info to return them. How do I get that information???? Just received the perfect three piece black suit from you. Except it doesn't fit. Just want to exchange it for a size bigger. Bought thru Sears site. How do we handle this? Thanks. PS. It is perfect! I love a dress on the Sears.com website that says it comes in women's sizes medium, large and extra large. To me, extra large equates to at least a size 14-16 and yet the size chart says it only goes to size 12...is it available in sizes 14 and 16??? It is described as DESIGNER MODEST MOTHER OF BRIDE/GROOM 3/4 LENGTH SLEEVE EVENING GOWN AVAILABLE IN BURGUNDY, EMERALD GREEN, CORAL etc.
