How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at FonePaw?

Horrible, deceptive, thieving customer service. They do get back to you, slowly over several days or a week or more. I could only ever email with the same lying person.

Terrible customer service... because there is NONE! They have technical support and that's it. It's a company based out of Hong Kong that fails to deliver products or value customer input.
