Kevin. I believe that all the rings (unless otherwise stated) are rhinestone embellished, or crystals, they will definitely say in the "more info" if they have real diamonds. I have not needed to have mine resized, but I imagine that a jeweler could resize it depending on the ring, if the jewels go all the way around the ring it may be difficult to have it resized. As far as how many carrots I am not sure as I can't see which ring you are speaking of. I hope that this helped. Seasons Greetings. Michelle

Yes I did get one but to this day it still just says shipping was label created - package not recieved by USPS...

Mostly cheap plastic or stainless steel it would seem. I would advise you don't buy anything from this company.
