Hi Jenni, When you make your reservation with FlightHub, we send you your electronic ticket by email. You will use this e-ticket to check-in for you flight and obtain your boarding pass, either online or at the airport. This is the process regardless of your cabin type. For connecting flights, depending on your itinerary, you will either receive a boarding pass that will take you all the way to your final destination, or you will need to check-in again at your connecting airport. It is very difficult to please everyone in the travel industry and unfortunately the very few people who are unhappy tend to be the most vocal. We have a great service team who is there to help our customers every step of the way and any additional fees (which all airlines and travel agencies may administer depending on the situation) are very clearly indicated when booking. We have a similar business model to other online travel agencies however the difference is that we strive to offer our customers better and more affordable prices.
