What is up with the email from flighthub the morning after i've booked and paid, saying that there is an issue with my booking? that they will try to contact me asap, but to call them right away otherwise the ticket may be cancelled? i've been on hold with customer service for three hours.

Do they even have supervisors/bosses/managers at flight hub? a costumer can never seem to speak to one... or are they so busy putting out fires and appeasing disgruntled customers that they truly are busy? maybe they're busy writing out refund vouchers/chequer.
