No, stay far away, their customer support will leave you hanging if you get scammed. Most of these guys are from 3rd world countries and will scam you in a heartbeat.

Depends. My experience:
10%: Great, professional sellers - great price for money
10%: Average sellers - paying what it's worth
10%: Average sellers - over inflated egos & think they are better than they really are
70%: Scammers - run like you're being chased by a fire breathing dragon
