Check your order status to see if the items have shipped, if they are still listed as "Processing" then the items are out of stock and you will want to ask for a full refund and shop somewhere else. If the items have shipped it will take some time for them to reach you, and could get stuck in customs for a few weeks if you ordered internationally.
