What happens if dhl loses the returned item?

If for some reason a parcel was lost after it was shipped, Farfetch would investigate the matter with DHL for more information. If the parcel was officially confirmed to be lost, we would process a refund as a courtesy to our customer. Returns can be generated online through your Farfetch account: - Go to www.farfetch.com and log in to your customer account - Click your name once it appears at the top right-hand side of the page - Click "My Orders and Returns", select the order you would like to return and follow the on-screen return process For domestic US returns, you will receive a UPS label to drop off the parcel. For international returns, you can book a DHL collection for your preferred date and time. To prepare your return shipment, pack the goods carefully, and please leave the box open so that DHL can confirm the contents. Print the shipping label. Place one commercial invoice inside the package, and give the other invoice and the shipping label to the DHL agent. We will pay for the return shipment. Hi, i ordered two items on your official website and then i decided to cancel my order. i called the customer service in 5 minutes and then got an email said that they have started the cancellation process of my order. however, when i checked the order status on my account, it still shows the order is processing. i called customer services again and got the same answer: we have began to cancel your order, and the cancellation process will be completed shortly. it has been 3 hours now, the cancellation process has not been completed yet. i think it is just a one minute thing. i am wondering how long it will take you to compete the cancellation process? thanks

This takes just a few moments for the Customer Care agent to perform. It takes 1 to 2 business days for the cancellation to be reflected on your Farfetch account, but the moment that you request the cancellation of an order in this stage, the order will be stopped from processing. If you cancel your order on the weekend, the cancellation will be taken into account, but will not reflect on your account until the next business day.
