Unless you're contacting Fandango within two hours of buying the tix, you're out of luck. Terrible exchange/return policy!

If you are having trouble using the gift cards you were given, reach out to their customer support staff and they will guide you through the process: 1 enter zip code, 2. Enter theater, 3. Enter show time, 4. Enter tickets 5. Enter payment 6. Check order, 7. Checkout

How come all i get is the visa payment option? i've been trying to redeem some gift cards for 30 minutes.

Answer:

You may need to start again using another device, sometimes errors are trapped with cookie data, clear those and try the process again. Or reach out to customer service and they will help you.

Hi, i tried purchasing tickets with a fandango gift card i received but it wouldn't recognize the claim code (efb6e46a26354c) so i ended up purchasing them with my another card. any reason why this wouldn't new card wouldn't work? it don't have a barcode image on it, just a magnetic strip.

And you really posted the card number here Vanessa?!? Ok, so your card may not have a value after you did that, but check with them please and let them help you out with it. If you give it to them they can verify if there were any purchases (which will likely occur after your post)
