You may need to start again using another device, sometimes errors are trapped with cookie data, clear those and try the process again. Or reach out to customer service and they will help you.
And you really posted the card number here Vanessa?!? Ok, so your card may not have a value after you did that, but check with them please and let them help you out with it. If you give it to them they can verify if there were any purchases (which will likely occur after your post)
