Where are my tickets???? Site timed out, confirmation email was sent, ticket link doesn't work, cannot get a hold of any customer service agent, be waiting on the online chat for over an hour, cannot get refunds on tickets purchased with a promo code...This is ridiculous and I will never buy a ticket from this joke of a company again.
