Is this company still in business? Ordered 5/3/22 and no word on status and have not received any type of tracking. I have left messages & sent email.
Are your prints true black and white? Some look yellow tint in the pictures
I wrote a review and would like to change it but can't find a way to fix it.

I keep trying to find out why my Christmas order still has not come. I ordered it in No. 27 and still all I get is tracking info that doesn't work.
Why would you promise Christmas delivery ery if you can not deliver?
You said the pictures are 50% off i brought my first picture at 100.00 so they should be 50.00 shouldn't it?
I ordered a canvas 11/27, still not 1 word from anyone and i have emailed them about 30 times. #229455 is the order number and still not a peep!
I received and email stating my order was on hold. I sent numerous emails to resolve the issue. I have never heard back. What can I do?

Hi Rebecca, our average production time is 5-7 days and another 5-7 days for delivery.

I've been waiting a month and my order is still in production even when I received an email saying it was shipped but was told today by customer service that email was sent in error.

I'm in day 15, still waiting to hear it's in production. Give yourself a couple months for delivery... if AT ALL!
