I am highly upset with my purchase however i ordered 2 hoodies on the 25th also paid 10 extra dollars and theyou have yet been shipped which is ridicules being how i paid extra and there still not even shipped and you do not have a contact number however if my purchase is not shipped within tomorrow i want a full refund this is a bit to much

Fairyseason.com is about the only way to get in contact with them. They are located in China so don't expect an immediate response. Also be careful of any phone numbers listed by individuals as they may be scammers. Caution with this site & company, I've only experienced terrible service and horrible quality items and inaccurate sizing and fabric color.

I ordered 4 shirts this morning and now after reading all of the horrible reviews, i'm very worried i just got scammed. how long does it typically take to receive and order? i'm also worried about the size that i ordered now after reading the reviews. according to the size chart, i wear a small and typically i wear a medium. is there any way to change the size?

My order took more than one month to arrive. The shirt size was as described, but there are fabric defects all over it.
