I bought 2 dresses in april 2018 got them in may 2018. The day after send them back. In october 2018 send all the prove of returning the dresses with extra custom charge. April 2019 no refund no money back! The seller got the dresses and the money! This is cheating!

Ho ordinato il vestito su questo sito 20 giorni fa. è arrivato ieri. Colore diverso da quello richiesto ma fosse questo il problema... Completamente diverso dalla foto, materiale assurdo orribile. Indossato è osceno... non si puo' utilizzare neanche per una festa in maschera.
Spesa 140 euro.
Questa si chiama Truffa.
Allego la foto di come doveva essere e di com'è... precisando che peso 47 kg.

Do not purchase anything from this website. Everything on their website is a lie. Return policy is a lie, the actual clothing that they advertise is totally different from what you receive! I ordered a night dree. It took 3 months to be sent to my country. UPS never phoned neither delivered it... They said to´ve send it back to Fairyin... The last told me that they´ve already destroyed the dress... when I asked for my money back, the answer was: "this is not our responsability"... so no dress and no money! Order ILD**************

Per coloro che coprono dall'italia: personalmente ho fatto l'ordine circa 3 settimane fa. Il vestito nella foto era molto bello, le recensioni sottostanti anche, così ho deciso di acquistarlo senza pensarci troppo. Dopo pochi giorni ho deciso di dare un'occhiata alle recensioni anche al di fuori del sito, ed è stata una tragedia. Tante persone hanno descritto la loro esperienza come la peggiore mai avuta con un sito di questo tipo. Al che ho incomincianto ad avere mille timori. Speravo solo che arrivasse il prima possibile. È arrivato dopo breve tempo, ho dovuto pagare 30 di dogana. Il vestito é della giusta taglia, senza difetti, ben cucito, i materiali, si sa, sono di scarsa qualità (100%poliestere) ma nel complesso risulta comunque un vestito elegante e ben fatto. Il colore è quello della foto (il mio consiglio è quello di decidere un vestito con il colore che desiderate che sia direttamente mostrato nella foto, altrimenti rischiate di selezionare un colore, ma quello che arriva potrebbe essere di una tonalità che non vi piace). Ricomprerei volentieri da questo sito, i tempi di consegna sono veloci e gli abiti corrispondono a quanto detto. Io credo che questa infinita quantità di recensioni negative sia dovuta al fatto che molte persone si aspettano materiali e stoffe di grande qualità, cosa da escludere, i vestiti arrivano e sono confezionati ad honkong ed il materiale è poliestere, ma questo lo si dovrebbe mettere in conto dall'inizio.

I've had an order unfilled forever. They have not delivered. I have written to them to try to cancel it and there is no response. My initial contact with them appears to be with someone who doesn't really speak or write English. I still have no product. I've sent 3 or 4 e-mails and no response. I'm thinking this is probably somebody working out of their home or possibly even some kind of scam.

I ordered from fairyin before I saw all the negative reviews, so I was really nervous what I would get. Ordered 2 dresses from them. I received them 4 days later then the event date I set. But the quality of the dresses was not very bad. Especially after I was expecting the worse. With the sizes they where a bit of, so had to make little adjustments. And there where loose ends everywhere! So had to inspect both of the dresses very carefully with the scissors. Overall would not order from them again.

This company is banned from other countries, how I wish i knew before i had ordered two dresses. Both are cheap rags that I have no intention of wearing. I'm wondering if the kringloop winkel(recycle charity shop) will accept them?
To add further injury to insult I was asked to pay almost a further E50 for Dounne and BTW (VAT and custom and excise tax)
Beware, I shall certainly spread the news regarding this company who seems to be taking so many on a dreadful ride.

I ordered 200$ dress and i received I 25$ worth of dress from Singapore. $#*! quality $#*! company $#*! management. $#*! $#*! $#*!. They want to give me 6% refund what a joke. It's unbelievable people still buy from em.

Although the shipping was extremely slow, I just received my dress and it is exactly what I asked for. It is gorgeous and perfect. It was a bit scary because I had five days until my prom and I had heard nothing about its status, but it all worked itself out in the end. All I can say is it's wonderful as long as you order a few months in advance to avoid the heart attack I had :)

As all others I was upset by the dress, awful, not possible to wear… a refund of 5% is just a joke compared to all money already paid… i wish we can make something more serious to stop them as their spoil reputation of other chinese sites! I have ordered from 2 other sites - no problems at all and very nice services, but here they just steal our money!

This place is a complete ripoff. My daughter ordered a dress and took great pains on the measurements. The dres did not fit at all, was way too long and the color was nothing like the dress pictured. I am trying to get a refund (after paying over $80 in alterations and shipping) and they offered me 5% of the price alone which comes to $7 out of the $220 we paid. Tha's right $7. Thieves.

Hello I also did order a dress and I do not like it and would like to send it back. So I went to the webside and there isn't any phone number. I sent an e-mail and no respond. I guess my money is gone.

My Review:

Fairyin dismisses my complaint.
The delivered dress is made very clear in the shoulders differently. The embroidery is a different and much more sequins were incorporated.
On these grounds for complaint Fairyin not responding.

The fact that the color is wrong, it is acknowledged in the meantime. First, I was told it would be at the light that the delivered dress is blue - green is ordered.

Fairyin want to make me happy with 10% or 15% discount - but what should I do with a blue dress? If I had wanted one thing, I would have bought one!

I have to say: the delivered dress is absolutely fine, no problem.
But it is "any gown" in "any color" and not what I bought and paid for.

Fairyin is a website that does not accept to correct errors in the size of clothes she sends. I bought a dress size US14. Fairyin sent me a dress size US16. I sent them photographs of the dress arrived with the measures that were the size of US16 (the measurements were read very well having photographed the dress with centimeter on display). Fairyin did not want to admit the mistake, despite the evidence. Their guarantee, in practice, is useless; do not admit the mistake.
Because they do not accept payment through PayPal can not do compliant. Is a Singapore site!

I ordered two dresses for my junior and senior prom from here and both were great! I was very pleased. The standard shipping was about 2 weeks my junior year then the expedited shipping was 8 days my senior year. Only thing is my dresses were a little too long. Other than this I would recommend this site to others!

If there are "0" points I would give this company. Worst experience ever. First you need to pay customs (pretty expensive because the dress is made in China) and when you unpack the dress you will find out it isn't the one in the picture. A pretty bad version of the picture. The quality and the measures do not match at all. After writing them about the dress and that it is not the one in the picture, I got the following answer: "what is wrong with the dress, it looks nice" Sorry a real customer service would handle it differently! I saw a lot of good remarks, I can't believe they are real must either from company employees or from people who like surprises.@ all negative remarks: Contact you Creditcard company and complaint about them an d ask for your money. So they will be kicked out by master card and visa. Best to stop this bad business.

When i orderd i was worried cus i didnt got any confirming mail. I paid with ideal so i was worried cus i found all thise horrible messages. But now i got my eveningdress for my wedding en it fits perfectly. Its a gogeous dress and i am very pleased with it.

La verdad que yo la estoy pasando muy mal, pedí un venstido a mi medida, y me llegó un vestido para nada igual al que ves en las fotos, con 3 tallas mas grandes de lo que pedí, fuí a una modista de confianza y me dijo que me cobraria 120 euros porque había que rehacer el vestido, me dijo que ya ha escuchado de esta página FAIRYN y que es un engaño, es la décima vez que escribo a una tal SANDRA Y ANDREW de la página y le he mandado fotos de cómo me queda el vestido y me dicen que me queda bien, es increible, he perdido 170 euros más gastos de envío más gastos de aduanas, que lo tenía que pagar, si no quieren pasar por un mal momento, nunca pidan vestidos en esta página es una verdadera vergüenza.
