They wont give your money back. If you paid vie credit card inform the bank and try. Otherwise the money is lost...

I orded today a dress and paid it by iDEAL. They send me an email: refused. But i already paid. What should i do now?!?
Why did you mal me that our orderd dress is "refused", but yet at the same time the 318 euros is payed for the dress and you didnt pay it back... Is this swindle?

I ordered a dress, and i can see from bank that it is payed for... but when i search the trackingnumber, it is a nonexisting-number... and all these reviews scare me a lot... will i even get the dress? And will it be correct according to pictures... and will i have to pay the transportation again, when i already payed for it? I can only hope for the best? Or can you give me an answer... since i have not received any confirmationmail of the buy, or any answers to my questions on mail... best regards anita
