I got a pair of curacao capri leggings an xs and they fit and was comfy but when i bend down it was see-through so i was wondering if i should of got a small instead or if it's the quality of the pants?? should i exchange for a different pair or different size??

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. We always encourage our dear members to send back the items they've received whenever they are unsatisfied. You are given a 90 days' timeframe from the delivery date of the item(s) to take advantage of it. You can exchange the item for a different size/color. Or you can process a return for a store credit refund which you can use for your future orders. You can initiate the return/exchange online. Just log in to your Fabletics account, and click on Order History under the Account tab. All of the details about making returns are here: https://www.fabletics.com/shipping.

Look for an item that is worth the monthly charged for each and automatically it will be applied to your order; Just make sure that the item is not on a promotion or else it will not be applied

How do i spend my member credits? please help?!

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.

If i order a discounted vib outfit, do i have to return the whole thing to get a refund? or can i just keep the pants and return the top?

Hi i received an offer from fabletics via fpc lottery and entered my name, address and made a password. however, before placing an order, i checked for reviews of the site and was shocked with what i have found. i unsubscribed from the newsletter and have not placed an order or input any payment details at all. i am concerned that they still have my name and address and have asked them via email to remove them from their records. can anyone confirm that i need to do nothing further and that they cannot charge me any monthly fee or send me a bill without any payment details. it sounds paranoid but i have a slight worry that they could submit an invoice through paypal as they have my email address. lynne c

Your Fabletics account will only be enrolled in our VIP membership after your very first purchase. Since you are not yet signed up as a VIP and never placed an order, you won't be billed for anything.

Do someone knows about the employment conditions of fabletics?

Answer:

Poor quality of 1 pair of leggings out of 4 purchased. Not happy with Fabletics customer service. They do not stand, (nor run) with the quality control, nor customer services of their products. Disappointed. I love my 3 other pair of leggings!
