Hi Madeline, It sounds like you may have canceled after you were already charged, which is why you would still get the box you were charged for. Also if you have an annual account your subscription will not be renewed since it's canceled but you will still receive any boxes you've pre-paid for under your annual term that have not yet been sent. If you'd like to close your account please email vip@fabfitfun.com and request an account closure, this means if you want to re-join in the future you will need to join under a different email address, your billing info will also be removed.
Hi Kristen! Thanks for writing in. A huge chunk of our customers are based in Canada and are very happy with their subscription, we know you will be too. Shipments going to Canada can take a bit longer to arrive so our Canadian members can get a bit antsy while waiting. We will begin accepting pre-orders for the Summer Box (in about 3 hours) which will begin shipping in about 2 weeks. If you order the Summer box today it should ship out around Mid June and arrive approximately 2-3 weeks from our Summer shipping date so around the last week of June or first week of July.
